3+ yrs. of experience on SAP BI
At least 2+ yr of experience in production support & maintenance
Experience in batch job monitoring
Co-ordinating with other application teams for ticket resolution
Ability to lead a small team
Interaction with end users for ticket resolution
Good Analytical & Problem Solving skills
Ability to work in a team with onsite-offshore model
Mandatory communication skill: Fluency in Spanish & English
Portuguese is a plus.
Willing to travel to Brazil.
Passport and visa for brazil desirable.
Able to travel / or relocate and immediate availability.
